Bodie, A Real Ghost Town

Posted by
Linda Candilas (Cameron Park, United States) on 28 October 2015 in Abstract & Conceptual and Portfolio.

Today, the ghost town of Bodie, California, is one of the most authentic abandoned gold- mining towns of the Old West. It is also reputed to be a “ghost” town in another sense: Some claim, that Bodie is inhabited by ghosts who guard the town against pilferers. Supposedly, a visitor who dares to remove any artifact can be plagued by the dreaded “curse of Bodie.”
